Skills is all you need

Yes, certifications are good to prove you know something

→ They won’t deliver a project
→ They won’t help you write a trigger
→ They won’t help you save $$$ to the business

The best developers I know have 0 certs

Why? Because the better you get, the more other people rely on you

→ You get more responsibility
→ People ask you for more help
→ You get more important projects

Don’t get me wrong - certifications are important, very important.

But only to highlight your real skills

And they shouldn't be the goal

→ Yes, do the certifications
→ Yes, tell people about your wins
→ Yes, do a post about what you can

But focus on what matters the most - skills

Betters skills → Better job → More freedom to take care of yourself ❤️
