Interview Preparation is useless

“Igor, I have an interview tomorrow and I need to prepare, can you recommend something?” - literally a student today on the call

Let me be perfectly honest with you…

If you don’t have enough experience
→ You can’t magically get it in 24 hours

No preparation today will make you a 10x developer tomorrow

This idea is ridiculous

It gets even worse.

If you can prepare for the interview
→ It’s a badly designed interview.

… and you probably don’t want to work in that company

Does it mean don’t prepare? No.

You can repeat some common things:

→ Limits
→ Order of execution
→ How to call Apex

But what you already know - it will be enough.

And if it’s not - no amount of preparation will save you anyway.

So, I'd rather go and chill :)

And that’s exactly what I will do!
