Years of experience don't mean anything
“Igor, did you try to do it with Visualforce tags?”
I cringe silently. I don’t know how to react and I try to keep my cool
“Ahmm, yeah, I did.” - I reply
“Ahh, okay, then I don’t know how to solve it”
WHAT?
This guy has 10+ years of experience and is 13x certified.
(including Platform Developer 2)
And he doesn’t know how to solve a text alignment for Hebrew on Visualforce
That’s because 10 years of experience don’t mean anything
It’s not about years
It’s about:
→ Team
→ Mentors
→ Smart goals
You absolutely can compress 10 years of experience in 3-5 years by working on challenging projects, having people who help you, and surround yourself with better developers
What made you a Junior Developer, won’t make you a Senior developer.
And that’s why I am launching a new, secret community “Force Developer”.
A community of (future) developers that will help you become a developer faster, escape the rat race and enjoy more free time with your loved one.
Here is what it looks like:
Accountability
Weekly Q&A calls
Full Zero → Dev program
Real-life community projects
LWC, Integrations, and Basics Apex
We are still in the testing phase, so I will offer a test price of $47 for the first 5 people who join from the email.
Reply “YES” and I will send more details :)
Good luck coding :)
